The “Vartoviy K9” Tactical Harness is a multifunctional piece of equipment for service, sport, and working dogs weighing 18–60 kg. The outer layer is made of Cordura 500D, with a breathable 3D Mesh lining featuring EVA padding, a reinforced carrying handle on top, and a full-featured MOLLE system for attaching equipment and identification tags. The heavy-duty hardware can withstand loads of up to 800 kgf.

Construction and Materials

• Outer layer — Cordura 500D with a water-repellent coating (Multicam / Olive / Coyote / Black).
• Inner lining — breathable 3D Mesh with EVA padding: distributes pressure and prevents chafing during extended wear.
• Frame — 25 mm and 50 mm polyamide webbing; load-bearing points are double-cross-stitched.

Hardware—ITW Nexus aluminum half-rings and Duraflex fasteners; rated for loads up to 800 kgf.

Top-mounted carrying handle with a reinforced core—for controlling, assisting, and evacuating the dog.

MOLLE System

The harness features 6 rows of MOLLE straps (3 on each side) for modular attachment of pouches, an GPS tracker, a medical kit, identification patches, and unit insignia. This transforms the harness into a platform tailored to a specific mission.
