We work with the trusted carrier “Nova Poshta” for shipments within Ukraine and with international carriers for international shipments. Every order is shipped within 1 business day after confirmation.

🇺🇦 Free shipping within Ukraine

Delivery via Nova Poshta—to a branch or by courier directly to your address. Thanks to a network of over 10,000 branches, your package will reach you anywhere in the country.

• A Nova Poshta branch is the fastest option; your package is usually ready the very next business day.
• Courier delivery—the package is delivered to your address at a convenient time (2–3 business days).

i How to receive your package

1. After your order is confirmed, we hand over the package to Nova Poshta (within 1 business day).
2. You will receive an SMS with the TTN—this is the tracking number you can use to track your package.
3. At the pickup location, present your ID and the code from the SMS.
4. If the package is damaged, notify the branch employee and file a report on the spot before accepting the shipment. This is necessary for further consideration of the claim and possible compensation for damages in accordance with the carrier’s rules.

✈ International shipping according to carrier rates

We ship orders by airmail to 15 EU countries, the UK, and other European destinations. The cost and delivery time depend on the package’s weight and the recipient’s country.

Customs fees. For packages to the EU valued at up to €150, customs duties are usually not charged. VAT rules apply to the UK—we’ll send the details along with your order confirmation.

↩ Returns and Exchanges

Under Ukraine’s Law “On Consumer Protection,” you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original condition and includes all components. If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Simply send a photo of the damage to [email protected].

🏦 Bank transfer for sole proprietors and LLCs

If you are purchasing equipment on behalf of a legal entity (Armed Forces of Ukraine, police units, NGOs, sole proprietorships, LLCs)—we process payments via bank transfer with an invoice and a full set of closing documents.

• How to order: place an order on the website → in the comments, specify “invoice required for sole proprietor/LLC” and provide your details (EDRPOU / TIN, legal address).
• Documents: invoice (PDF) → after payment — a delivery note with your details.
• Timeline: after funds are received in our account (usually 1 banking day) — shipment within 14 business days.
