Warranty obligations

We provide a warranty on all Vartoviy K9 products. The exact terms depend on the product category.

Body armor and ballistic panels

Case with MOLLE: 24 months on nylon parts, metal hardware
Ballistic panel: 36 months (3 years) from date of manufacture, according to ДСТУ 8782:2018 standard
Replacement after damage: if the panel has taken a bullet - free replacement under the trade-in program

Tactical equipment

Tactical vests, harnesses, leashes: 12 months
First aid kits K9: 6 months for fabric, medicines - by date of manufacture
Boots, collars: 12 months

Electronic accessories (GPS, flashlights)

Manufacturer's warranty — from 12 to 24 months, transferred upon purchase. Service centers in Ukraine: Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro.

What is covered by the warranty?

Seams coming apart, hardware coming apart during normal use
Ballistic panel defects (detection by tests)
Electronics malfunction at the time of purchase or during operation
Discrepancies between declared and actual characteristics

What is NOT covered

Mechanical damage from improper use
Wear and tear due to improper care (washing in hot water, drying on a battery)
Damage from chemicals, gasoline, concentrated acids
Natural wear and tear (scratches, color loss from UV)

Describe the problem, add a photo of the damage
We will send return instructions (usually via Nova Poshta, at our expense)
After inspection - repair or replacement within 14 business days

Keep the receipt and packing slip as this confirms the date of purchase.
