Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Vartoviy K9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and visitors/buyers of the website vartoviyK9.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). By using the website, you accept these Terms.

2. Public offer agreement

The description of the goods and information on the site is an official public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Placing an order by the Buyer is an acceptance of the offer, which gives rise to a purchase and sale agreement.

3. Registration and account

To place an order, creating an account is optional, but recommended (for easy tracking of history). The buyer undertakes to provide only accurate data.

4. Prices

All prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias (₴) including VAT (for legal entities). The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price current at the time of placing the order is final for this order.

5. Payment and delivery

Details are in the "Payment Methods" and "Delivery" sections. When payment is made, the Buyer may refuse to receive the goods - the goods are returned to the Seller, the carrier's commission is NOT covered by the Seller.

6. Warranty

The warranty conditions are described in the "Warranty" section. The buyer undertakes to follow the product care instructions, otherwise the warranty will be void.

7. Return

Terms of return are in the "Return of goods" section. The right to return within 14 days is guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

8. Intellectual property

All texts, photos, designs, logos on the site are the property of Vartoviy K9 or are used under license. Copying/reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

9. Jurisdiction

The Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ukraine at the location of the Seller.

10. Changes to Terms

The Seller has the right to change these Terms. The current version is always posted on the website at this address. Last updated: May 18, 2026.
