What items can be returned

• Tactical equipment (vests, harnesses, leashes) in undamaged original packaging
• Traceless Electronic Accessories
• Accessories (patches, fasteners) in virgin condition
• Ballistic panels — ONLY in original factory packaging

Which items are non-refundable

• Custom products (individual tailoring, application of patches with the nameof the dog)
• Medications from the first-aid kit (law on the circulation of medicines)
• Goods with traces of use (scuffs, dirt, odor)
• Printed ballistic panels (for safety reasons — cannot guarantee performance)

Return procedure

1. Fill inreturn form on our website or write to [email protected]
2. We will send the TTN for a free return via Nova Poshta
3. Pack the item in the original box with all accessories
4. Hand over to Nova Poshta — return is free of charge
5. After the inspection (1-3 days) — refund using the same payment method within 5-7 banking days

Exchange

If the product does not fit the size, we exchange it for free (delivery back and forth at our expense).
