Free size exchange

Almost all Vartoviy K9 gear is sewn to the measurements of a specific dog. If the item does not fit, we will adjust or replace it free of charge — we pay the shipping both ways. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Made-to-measure items are not subject to withdrawal as goods of proper quality (Art. 13 of the Ukrainian Consumer Rights Protection Act — the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's individual order). For such items we offer an exchange or a size adjustment.

Stock items shipped without made-to-measure tailoring can be returned within 14 days of delivery, no reason required, provided the item shows no signs of use and the packaging is intact.

What cannot be returned

Items with signs of use: abrasion, dirt, odour, dog hair
Medical consumables from the first-aid kit once unsealed (Ukrainian Act "On Medicinal Products")
Items with custom patches, names or unit markings applied to order
Items altered or repaired by the owner

Defects or a wrong item

The 14-day limit does not apply here: if an item has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, we refund 100% or make a new item, and we cover shipping both ways. Contact us straight away — no need to wait for the 14-day window.

Procedure

Write to [email protected] or call +38 (067) 465-68-64. Describe the problem and attach photos.
We send a Nova Poshta waybill — shipping at our expense.
Pack the item as you received it, with every part of the set.
Hand the parcel in at a Nova Poshta branch.
After inspection (1–3 business days) — exchange, repair or a refund to the account the payment came from, within 5–7 banking days.

Keep your receipt or packing document — it confirms the purchase date. Warranty terms are on the warranty page.
